Live Band Hire Handy Hint?

A common mistake made when hiring a live band for a function is regarding the set up. With live band hire, set up and load out both require at least an hour for each, (sometimes more depending on the live band hired). With this in mind, you are not able to just have the live band hired move and reset during the night if you have a function that moves to different rooms etc. Once the band is set, they are set. Most professionally outfits that are only solo, duo or trio can be moved, but time needs to be allowed for this, and it is not preferable to have this done in front of guests as it doesn't look good.
